Our first level of service is for the patient who is looking for additional information on their hospital bill or medical bills.
First, TellLink Health conducts a preliminary review of your hospital and medical claims. We are reviewing for any major errors or inconsistencies with your diagnosis along with the items and services you were charged.
Second, TellLink Health processes your hospital bill through our Hospital Charge Analyzer. Our re-pricing system has been developed to calculate what a fair payment should be for both the patient and for the hospital.
Third, if you have a copy of the UB92 claim form, we will also calculate what Medicare would have reimbursed the hospital.
Fourth, if you have any physician bills for the same stay, we will provide you with what Medicare would have reimbursed the physician. TellLink feels this is a good guide to look at the reasonableness of the physician charges.
The above information is useful in negotiating an equitable discount with the hospital or reviewing the discount that the hospital has offered.
A written report with the above information will be prepared and mailed to you within 3 days.

Bill Review, Information & Negotiation Services – Neo Plus
The next level of service includes the type of review and re-pricing as describe above. Neo Plus will take over negotiations with the hospital and all of your physician bills. With the review and the information that is calculated we will work with your medical practitioner or hospital for the purpose of negotiating a favorable payment amount.
The cost for the information and the negotiation services is as follows; TellLink Health charges an initial retainer fee of $350 to start working on a case. We guarantee a minimum savings of the $350, and any additional savings over $350 we then charge a 25% savings. If TellLink cannot provide you any savings we will refund the initial fee.
